Recipe of the Month

ITALIAN BAKED SALMON

4 salmon fillets (5 oz. each)
1/3 cup Italian Fat Free Dressing
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
3 green onions, sliced


PLACE salmon in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
MIX remaining ingredients; spoon over salmon. Cover with foil; cut several slits in top of foil to vent.
BAKE at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork. Serve topped with vegetable mixture.

Makes 4 servings.

XMen Origins: Wolverine

• This movie will answer alot of questions about who Wolverine is & how he got those awesome steel claws.

Obsessed

• Who knew Beyonce Knowles could act? This movie was more of a remake of Fatal Attraction but with a sassy butt kicking spin.
• In theaters now. Released April 24, 2009

Terminator Salvation

• Ok we've seen enough. I for one loved Terminator 1 & 2 but Terminator 3; seeing a 50+ Arnold Swatznegger's butt was not my idea of excitement.
  
• And who cast Christian Bale as grownup John Connor was an idiot. Christian Bale is a horrible actor I for one will not pay to see this crap.
• Wait for DVD. In theaters May 21, 2009

Star Trek

• Can't wait to see this movie. Yes fellow bloggers, I am a Star Trek fan. This movie should totally rock.
  
• Catch in theaters May 8, 2009.

Harry Potter & the Half Blood Prince

• This film will be a SMASH HIT opening day. Simply because the fans of Harry Potter have been waiting 2 years for it's release.
  
• It was originally set to be in theaters November 2008, but the brilliant producers decided to let the fans sweat and hold it for Summer 09 and sweat the fans have.
• Release Date July 17, 2009. Better get your tickets early.
